You are mature, considerate and a non-smoker. You have previous experience living on your own and understand the responsibilities that come with a tenancy. Pets are not allowed.

The flat is very cosy, 108 m² across three levels. The room is 9.5 m², very bright, and has a beautiful view over Vestamager. It can be rented either unfurnished or furnished with a sofa bed, chest of drawers, small desk, chair, etc.

As this is public housing, the rent and deposit are managed by KAB. This means the rent is not inflated and no money passes between the two of us. It also means I do not yet know the precise rent, but it will be approximately DKK 4,500–5,000 per month.

The rent includes water, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi, as well as access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

You will have access to a large kitchen and bathroom, plus a bit of storage space.

Over time, if the chemistry is good, we may also share the living room and the roof terrace.

I am a divorced father with three grown daughters who visit from time to time. We are a neurodivergent family, which means we prefer limited traffic in the flat. You are welcome to have friends over, but your partner does not live here and preferably as few overnight guests as possible.

It is important to me that the home feels calm and safe, with mutual respect of course.

Commuters will be prioritised. Unfortunately, I may not be able to respond to every enquiry. Suitable candidates will be invited for a short viewing and conversation.
